性状：白色结晶或粉末状，空气中易风化，在150时失去结晶水，过热时分解，溶于水，不溶于乙醇。
用途：医药用于体外抗凝血药和输血时抗凝药，化学试剂，电镀用于无氰工业。照相工业用于显影剂。食品行业用于显味剂、缓冲料、乳化剂、稳定剂。还广泛用于化工、冶金工业，二氧化硫尾气吸收，吸收率达99%，再生为液体二气化硫、柠檬酸钠液循环使用。日用化工洗涤剂用它代替三聚磷酸钠，无毒、无环境污染，还可用为缓冲剂用于化妆品生产。

Properties:
